Show your completed project to an evaluator and demonstrate your ability to use all of the tools listed below or other advanced tools.

Demonstrate skill with:

Customize preferences and shortcuts

Disable accidental brush strokes caused by fingers touching the screen
Undo with your fingers
Clearing an entire layer at once
Adjusting the pen pressure (note: the higher the arch, the less hard you will have to push to make brush strokes)
Pinch & zoom or making the picture full screen
Customizing the “quick menu”
Procreate interface

Editing

Create layers, and merge layers by pinching.
Customize a canvas
Creating a stack, file naming, gallery preview
Cropping canvas

Use at least 3 brushes with different stroke patterns

Be able to explain

1. What is procreate, and why do we use it?
2. What is line art, and why is it beneficial to do it on a separate layer from colors? (note this is why layers are so important)
3. What non-destructive editing is, and why it is important
4. Know how to organize stacks
5. Know what the options are for QuickShape, and when we can and can’t edit
