I have attended several Instructional Coaching Conferences when they were held in Kansas.

I update my Stratenotes subscription. My current position as a coordinator for the T/TAC at Virginia Tech includes providing professional development on SIM Learning Strategies and Content Enhancement Routines for in-service and pre-service teachers, as well as administrators.

I participate in quarterly Virginia SIM network meetings and book studies with fellow SIM professional developers.

I consistently submit all professional development to KUCRL.
