  • Developed, implemented, and maintained CLC Professional Learning Plans and Division Action Plans with Teacher Leaders and administrators in three school divisions 
  • Analyzed Hoxie data for implementation trends, triangulate Hoxie data, model and facilitate data dialogues to plan for future professional learning
  • Analyzed William and Mary Teacher Surveys and Stages of Concern Survey to facilitate the phases of adoption with CLC
  • Conducted data collection to determine a school's needs related to SIM, such as administrative walk thoughs, review school improvement plans, and Virginia Standards of Learning scores for CLC sites in three school divisions
  • Planned and delivered SIM Professional Development and coaching for CLC sites in three school divisions 
  • Supported and recruited the growth of the SIM Professional Developer’s Network
  • Worked as Building Site Leader at James River High School which was a recipient of the 2011 SIM Impact Award
