-have taught LS since 1980 and implemented them as soon as they were published or field-tested them before they were published 
-became SIM PDer in 1982, provided district-wide professional development and coaching throughout St. Louis County (and surrounding counties) for over 30 years
-taught LS and CERs in college courses at Webster University for over 20 years
-implemented CERs since 1991 - field-tested early research drafts of CERs and have shared CERs with others 
-assisted CRL researchers with research and field testing, co-authored article with CRL researchers
-PDL over 15 years 
-editor and co-author of CER Supplements
-assisted in writing grants for research
-coordinated research projects in several states
-co-authored reading passage books for Self-Questioning and Visual Imagery
-have attended every SIM International Conference since 1982 except one and have attended many other regional updates; have presented at most of the conferences 
-SIM Leadership Award
