I first began using S.I.M. in the classroom back in 1993. My experience included use of S.I.M. in classroom instruction with both Learning Strategies and Content Enhancement Routines. After using the strategies and routines in the classroom, I then became a Professional Developer first for Content Enhancement then Learning Strategies. Finally, I became a PD Leader!
