Sue and I collaborated on a regular basis to plan and facilitate CLC activities for the secondary schools in my district - two middle schools, our high school, and our Alternative Education School for grades 6-12.  We formed a CLC Leadership Team at each school to review data, create PD plans and manage professional development sessions and follow-up coaching.  In additon, we chaired a district CLC Leadership Team designed to align CLC activities with district goals, manage communication and oversee bulding activities.  In my role as District CLC Lead, I was involved with all aspects for the project, such as scheduling and providing professional development sessions, conducting follow-up coaching and debrief sessions, and mentoring SIM Potential Professional Developers.
