The Apple Teacher Badge is relevant for my future classroom because it helped me learn the technology that my students will be familiar with. My students will know more about technology than I will, so this badge was helpful because it allowed me to explore the technology I will be expected to use in my classroom. Completing this badge promotes learning for me as an educator. There is always more out there that I can learn so that I can better my instruction in the classroom. This also opens up doors for many different types of activities. Now, I will be able to assign project or activities that the students will be able to be creative with rather than a simple worksheet and powerpoint. I can use these apps to have students create a song, a movie, and much more.
