Kansas City Professional Development Council Faculty Development Program Requirements
There are three options to earn the Faculty Development Certificate:
The Special Topics and Supervisory Development Program workshops provide elective options for the FDP Certificate:
- Complete the KCPDC Faculty Academy and the annual Enhancing Teaching and Learning (ETL) Conference.
- Complete the KCPDC Faculty Academy, Advanced Elements of Teaching Excellence seminar, and one KCPDC workshop from Supervisor Development Program or Special Topics.
- Attend the Advanced Elements of Teaching Excellence seminar, an additional KCPDC workshop, and the Enhancing Teaching and Learning (ETL) Conference.
