Hank & Ben founded Badge List in 2015 in order to realize a shared dream of bringing high value technologies to the education space. They saw that the exponential growth of information was leading to an infinitely expanding constellation of human skills. Predicting the emergence of new economies and job roles, they saw that job markets of the future would require new ways to measure and validate professional competency.
Our founders spent years working with thousands of learning organizations of every conceivable type, topic area and age level: from moocs to universities, influencers to researchers and beyond. What emerged from this undertaking was a roadmap for the future of learning.
