• Apprentices co-plan and either present or co-present one SIM Overview and two LS with an active SIM Professional Developer. • Post: Presentation used (such as Power Point), Planning agenda, Select observation notes provided by the SIM Professional Developer as feedback, PD session evaluation
  • Post outlines of the SIM Overview session and two Learning Strategies Professional Development sessions.
  • After you and your SIM Mentor have discussed feedback based on the apprentice checklists, post a few examples of provided feedback.
  • Use Google Docs or another cloud storage site and post links here.

I successfully co-planned and co-instructed Word ID in 2006.

Since first co-planning and co-instructing the Word ID strategy in Storm Lake, IA with my mentor, Ceil Triggs, I have gone on to share in preparing and presenting numerous learning strategies including four this school year.

We had individually presented Word Identification, Visual Imagery, Paraphrasing from the Acquisition and Sentence Writing from Expression and Demonstration of Competence. We have sent these DVD to Ms. Shari  Schindle.
