What went well - Why? It was very helpful for me to begin with topics with which I am very familiar and comfortable talking about. I often have to discuss the differences between these two student interventions with teams who are in the process of making decisions about the best strategies for their students.
What was a challenge - Why? The challenge with using this strategy is in the newness of it. I like the strategy and think it would be very beneficial for helping students to understand commonly confused concepts, but I was nervous about missing parts of the routine.
What you will do next time - In the future, I will continue to think thoroughly through my thoughts about the topic and what the key elements are that I want my audience to walk away with. I liked having a script to help keep me on topic and moving at a good pace.
