I started the lesson off with a powerpoint that introduced the Giving Feedback to Peers skill, and highlighted the definitions of feedback and a peer, identified the pros of using the skill to give critical feedback, and practiced the SEE (Sound is neutral, Expression is neutral, Eye contact) and TIP (Tell something positive, Indicate what could change, and Provide a suggestion) skills during partner role play. In the class during following day/s the students independently worked through the Giving Feedback to Peers skill module on the class laptops while the teacher circulated and answered any questions that came up as they worked.
